Production Process

Our work process to build offshore platforms and structures is done under the highest quality standards. Each of our products goes through quality control, review of basic engineering to delivery to the customer.

This process is handled in the following sequence:

• Review of basic engineering
• Detailed engineering
• Integration of package equipment such as:
  • Test and production separators
  • Multiphase Meters
  • Pig launcher
  • Gas scrubbers
• Fabrication of parts and components
• Assembly and inspection
• Cleaning and painting
• Assembly
• Testing all the systems
• Load out and seafastening
• Pre-operation test
• Commissioning offshore
• Delivery to the customer.
